Composition

• 304 Stainless steel

  Each part in contact with the liquid is made of 304 stainless steel. As it resists corrosion better than any other stainless steel, like 204 or 201, the 304 stainless steel is perfect for bottles. In plus, unlike other types of steels or even plastic, no microparticles are left in your bottle.

  Stainless steel might contain traces of nickel. Please inform your customers.

• Bamboo

  The lid is made of bamboo, varnished with organic oil, and engraved with the Bambaw logo giving it a natural and good-looking design.

• Silicon

  The food-grade silicone ring is BPA-free. The best way to guarantee our bottle to be leakproof.

• Color coating

  Color bottles contain a layer of powder coating applied on the stainless steel surface.
  Powder paint offers the lowest levels of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), making it an excellent choice for environmentally conscious products.

  The paint is applied to the bottle through a powder coating process, which involves applying a dry powder to the metal surface and then heating it to create a smooth, durable finish. This method uses an electrostatic charge to ensure even coverage of the powder, which is then cured in an oven.
  Powder coating is more sustainable than traditional liquid coatings because it emits negligible volatile organic compounds (VOCs), requires no water, and generates less hazardous waste.
