1. The seller
Webshop apoenastore.com and the brand name ‘Apoena Ecocare’ is owned by ECOAR SOLUTIONS BV with registered office at 2570 Duffel, Guido Gezellelaan 31, tel.: +32 468 140255. Company number: VAT BE 0775.413.149 (hereinafter ‘Apoena Ecocare’)
2. Application
By placing an online order the customer declares to have agreed to these general terms and conditions. Only Belgian law applies to this site. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the Antwerp district have jurisdiction.
3. Offers, Descriptions and Photos on Apoena Ecocare online shop
Each offer is open to customers residing in Belgium and the Netherlands. The articles are only intended for normal private use. In case you wish to purchase from other EU countries, please contact our customer service for the details.
Our website is compiled with the greatest care, but is still possible that the provided information may contain error, be not complete or up-to-date. If you have specific questions please contact our customer service by email at hello@apoenastore.com.
The offer is always valid while stocks last and can be adjusted or withdrawn at any time by Apoena Ecocare.
Apoena Ecocare is entitled – without stating reasons – to refuse orders, to adjust the delivery times, to split the deliveries, or to attach other conditions to the delivery. In the case of a situation described in advance, you as a customer have the option of not agreeing and you can cancel the order free of charge and/or request a refund.

The prices stated on the Apoena Ecocare online shop are in euros, including VAT and excluding transport costs.
Apoena Ecocare reserves the right to adjust or correct prices at any time. Apoena Ecocare is not responsible for price statements that are clearly incorrect, for example as a result of obvious input, typesetting errors and can also correct these after an order.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs of parcels within Belgium are standard set at 5,90 euros and 9,60 euros to the Netherlands. We do not have a standard shipping cost for sendings outside Belgium and the Netherlands. Orders from 60 euros are shipped free of charge within Belgium. To The Netherlands, orders from 90 euros have free shipping.
You can also choose for “Click & Collect”, free of charge. Orders can be picked up in Duffel – BE, and time must be agreed with our customer service.
When the purchased items on the webshop exceed the weight limit of 5 kg, additional transport costs may be charged. If this is the case, Apoena Ecocare will always contact the customer to come to an agreement about the shipment. If the customer cannot agree with the proposal, the order can be canceled free of charge in mutual consultation.

8. Delivery
The orders will be shipped after Apoena Ecocare has received the payment. Delivery takes place within five working days in Belgium, with the exception of pre-orders. All parcels are send with bPost within Belgium and PostNL to the Netherlands.
9. Right of withdrawal – return
The consumer of the Apoena Ecocare has the right to inform that he renounces the purchase, without a fine or and giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the delivery. In case of return, the refunds will occur within 14 days when the returned products meet all the standards. Due to the nature of the products, only the items that are in the original and undamaged packaging together with all accessories can be returned.
Will not be taken back orders which are:
used, soiled, damaged or incomplete.
articles whose packaging (or part of it) has been opened
items that cannot be returned due to their nature
Customers who wish to make use of the right of renunciation must contact customer service within 14 days from the delivery at hello@apoena.store.com and return the goods at their expense within 20 days from the delivery of the goods to Apoena Ecocare, Guido Gezellelaan 31, 2570 Duffel, Belgium.
Goods with a sales price of 100 euro or more must be returned to us by courier (DHL, Fedex, etc.).
10. Warranty
Apoena Ecocare offers a warranty on sold items, as offered by the manufacturer.
11. Complaints
Complaints or disputes must be reported within 7 days of delivery by registered letter. If the complaint is found to be well-founded, our liability is limited to the exchange of the goods. Any liability of the sales is limited to the amount actually paid for the order.

Apoena Ecocare undertakes to use your data exclusively for the execution of the agreement that you conclude by means of your order. If you would also like to receive information by e-mail, please also provide your e-mail address.
We treat your data as confidential information and will never pass it on, rent or sell it to third parties. You can request, correct, change or delete your data that we keep in the customer list of Apoena Ecocare and you can refuse that Apoena Ecocare uses your data to send you information at any time. It suffices to request this in writing to the following address: hello@apoenastore.com.
The customer is responsible for keeping his login details and the use of his password confidential. Your password is stored encrypted, so Apoena Ecocare has no access to your password.
Apoena Ecocare strictly respects the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 regarding the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data. You have access through your user profile to all of the data available about you on our website for consultation, modification or deletion.
Our website uses cookies. Cookies consist of standard internet technology that makes it possible to store and unlock certain information on the user’s system. Cookies cannot be used to identify individuals, a cookie can only identify a machine. When you access Apoena Ecocare online shop you are asked for agreement with the use of cookies, however you may experience problems during the ordering process when you refuse it.
